ABOUT INHENYERO
UP INHENYERO is an auxiliary committee of the Engineering Student Council (ESC) of the University of the Philippines Diliman. It is commissioned to manage the graduation pictorials, organize the graduation party, and produce the yearbook of the graduating batch of the College of Engineering.

OUR SERVICES
UP INHENYERO offers three kinds of subscription services.
- A Full Subscription includes a copy of the yearbook and a graduation picture package from the partner photo studio. This subscription also entitles the subscriber to his/her own page in the yearbook.
- A Graduation Pictorial Only Subscription includes a graduation picture package from the partner photo studio.
- A Yearbook Only Subscription includes a copy of the yearbook and entitles the subscriber to his/her own page.
Yearbook Subscriptions can be availed by a bona fide graduating undergraduate or postgraduate student of the University of the Philippines Diliman College of Engineering. At the same time, Graduation Pictorial Only Subscription may be availed by a graduating undergraduate or graduate student from any university.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
GENERAL
1) What are the services of UP Inhenyero?
UP Inhenyero offers 3 kinds of subscription services:
- Full Subscription — includes both the yearbook and the graduation picture package.
- Graduation Pictorial Only Subscription — includes only the graduation picture package.
- Yearbook Only Subscription — includes only the yearbook.
2) Who can subscribe?
Any bona fide graduating undergraduate or postgraduate student of the University of the Philippines Diliman College of Engineering can subscribe to all services of UP Inhenyero while any graduating student from any school or university can subscribe to the Graduation Pictorial Only Subscription.
3) How do I register for UP Inhenyero?
- Go to upinhenyero.org/register and create an account. Review the subscriber’s contract.
- Select your desired type of subscription.
- Check your email for verification (If not in Inbox, check your “Promotions” or “Spam” folder).
4) I have registered and filled out the validation form. When do you validate accounts?
A verification email is sent to subscribers upon registration. Once the email has been confirmed, your account is automatically verified.
5) How can I change or cancel my subscription?
You may change or cancel your subscription by sending an email to communications@upinhenyero.org with the subject “ADJUSTMENT OF SUBSCRIPTION [STUDENT NUMBER]” or “WITHDRAWAL OF SUBSCRIPTION [STUDENT NUMBER]”, respectively.
6) Would there be penalties for late submissions of WU/affiliations and payment?
No penalties shall be imposed on late payment or submission of write-up/affiliations. However, failure to submit a write-up shall automatically change your subscriber type into a “No Write-Up” subscription and your yearbook page’s write-up section will be left blank.
7) When is the deadline for me to finalize my subscription?
You may subscribe and create your account here at the INHENYERO website until April 6, 2024.
8) Who are eligible for discounts?
You are eligible for a 5% discount with our Early Bird Promo if you subscribed from December 18 to January 19, 2024. A special 5% discount is also offered to subscribers who registered in our physical booths from March 20-22, 2024.
9) Who can I contact for more specific concerns?

PAYMENTS
1) What are your rates?
- The yearbook (YB) will cost a total of Php 2,650 (or Php 2,520 for discounted YB). It will be divided into two smaller payments: (i) Php 1,650 (or Php 1,520 for discounted YB) which should be paid on or before April 20, 2024 and (ii) another Php 1,000 which should be settled by May 18, 2024.
- The price of the graduation picture (GP) will depend on your chosen package. The full payment should be made with the partner studio on-site during the subscriber’s pictorial schedule.
2) How do I pay?
Payment transactions can be done through bank and GCash/Maya payment. Details are as follows:

3) How do I know whether my payment transactions were successful and where can I see my balance?
You may check your payment confirmation and balance through the “Update Payment” tab in the Subscription tab of this website.
4) How and when can I get an acknowledgement receipt?
Acknowledgement receipts shall be sent one week after the subscriber’s payment transaction.
5) How can I request a refund?
If you wish to withdraw your subscription and request for a refund, please send an email to communications@upinhenyero.org with the subject: “WITHDRAWAL OF SUBSCRIPTION [STUDENT NUMBER]”. A confirmation text with the date of your receipt of the refund will then be sent to you.
YEARBOOK AND WRITEUPS
1) What are the contents of the subscriber’s page?
The subscriber’s page will include their full name, graduation pictures, degree program, write-up, and graduation photos. Affiliations and other personal information may also be included at the discretion of the subscriber.
2) Where can I view my yearbook page? / May I (view or) have a copy of my yearbook page?
A yearbook page viewing will be conducted before the actual yearbook is printed, in order to allow subscribers to view and comment any final edits for their subscriber page.
3) Can I opt not to put my (specified) shot / replace it with my (another specified) shot?
Yes, you may change your specified shot in the yearbook by emailing communications@upinhenyero.org and CC up.inhenyero@coe.upd.edu.ph
GRADUATION PICTORIALS
1) Will there be pictorials this semester? / When will graduation pictorials be available?
Yes, there will be pictorial shoots scheduled on April 15 to 20, 2024.
2) Will barkada shoots be allowed?
Yes! You may refer to the optional services provided by our partner studio here.
3) What do we need to prepare for graduation pictorials?
You just need to prepare the full payment for your graduation pictorial package.
4) I missed my pictorial schedule. May I reschedule it?
If a subscriber is unavailable during the pictorial schedule set by UP Inhenyero, a new schedule may be set upon negotiation, provided that an email was sent to inform INHENYERO of your unavailability. Meanwhile, subscribers who missed their chosen pictorial schedules may be allowed to reschedule, but with low priority.
5) Where can I find soft copies of my photos?
Soft copies of your photos will be shown to you shortly after your pictorial session, and they will be emailed to you sometime after.
6) Will there be penalties if I had my photos taken by another studio?
You may opt to have your photos taken by another studio without incurring any penalties, but please immediately notify UP Inhenyero by sending an email to communications@upinhenyero.org with the subject, “INCLUSION OF PICTURES FROM OTHER STUDIOS [STUDENT NUMBER]” on or before May 18, 2024.
7) I took my own graduation photos. How and where can I submit them?
The subscriber must notify Inhenyero 2023 regarding this matter immediately via an email sent to communications@upinhenyero.org with the subject, “INCLUSION OF PICTURES FROM OTHER STUDIOS [STUDENT NUMBER]”. The photos that the subscriber wants to include in the yearbook must also be submitted through this email address. The deadline of submissions will be on May 18, 2024.
8) Some of my friends are not from the College of Engineering or are not yet graduating. Can we still avail the barkada shoot?
Yes! You can include any of your family and friends for the barkada shoot.
